The Coach

Jonathan has over fifteen years experience in motivating and training others to achieve their best, as an officer in the British Army.  Jonathan has always had a keen interest in sports and fitness as part of his role in the Armed Forces and on leaving the Army decided to take this a step further and train with Premiere International to become a qualified fitness instructor.  He has a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training and is a member of REPS.

Jonathan is an enthusiastic swimmer and in recent years has taken up competitive triathlon and has taken part in numerous triathlons in the local area.  Jonathan has completed four London Marathons and is running again in April 2010 for Afghanaid, and is hoping to raise over £2,000.

He has recently been appointed as the Conditioning Coach for London Irish Amateur Rugby Team and begins work with Salisbury Lawn Tennis Club as their conditioning Coach in March 2010.

Jonathan is married and has two young children, so fully understands the pressures of family life and finding time to exercise with so many competing demands.
