Group Training
Group training is one of the most enjoyable ways of getting fit. Chrysalis Fitness provides a unique opportunity to take part in small group sessions in either the safety of a private studio, or outside in the beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
Chrysalis Fitness has extensive experience of group fitness training and will ensure that no two sessions are the same. Sessions are designed to be enjoyable, but the exercise will be challenging, pushing clients to achieve their full potential.
A Group Training session can simply be 2 people who would like a Personal Training Session but would like to train together or a large group (sports team or local business) who would like frequent outdoor fitness sessions to vary there training regime or get their staff moving over lunch time.
Chrysalis Fitness will provide a number of options to fit the individual requirements of each group member. Motivation and mentoring are key terms in the CF ethos and constructive feedback will be given to each client throughout sessions.
