Personal training is always conducted on a one to one basis where the individual is the prime focus. It is about a client setting realistic goals and achieving them whilst staying motivated throughout their journey. 

Chrysalis Fitness delivers this in a private studio, set in the beautiful countryside of rural Wiltshire.  Chrysalis Fitness provides specifically tailored training programmes, developed according to a client’s individual goals and requirements. 

Individual programmes are designed to be enjoyable, achievable, and realistic with a mixture of supervised and unsupervised training, giving the client training flexibility.  Chrysalis Fitness will guide the client through their fitness and health journey, providing continuous mentoring, motivation and programme management.

Chrysalis Fitness Personal Training incorporates a wide range of training systems to develop and challenge the client throughout their journey.  After an initial Fitness and Health consultation, Chrysalis Fitness will develop a bespoke, enjoyable and progressive programme tailored specifically to the client. Developed to help the client progress naturally at their own pace, the programme will not just make them fitter, but healthier, more flexible with a greater mental awareness.
