For clients looking to expand on their current level of performance within a chosen sport or for an alternative to vary an existing programme, Chrysalis Fitness can offer a fresh, dynamic and bespoke service which will reinvigorate training and enable them to achieve higher performance standards.
Chrysalis Fitness provides a detailed study of a client’s current fitness level, which includes full functional testing and lifestyle analysis. From this Chrysalis Fitness will develop a bespoke fitness programme (including nutritional and lifestyle advice) allowing the client to achieve their specific goals. Chrysalis Fitness will provide continuous monitoring and programme management, with frequent fitness assessments enabling the client to measure their improvement.
Mentoring is absolutely key to this process; whether a client is running 5km or taking part in an Iron Man Triathlon, their progress needs to be monitored and they need to be motivated and encouraged to fulfil their goals. Chrysalis Fitness has a vast experience in motivating and encouraging individuals to give their best and perform beyond their own expectations.
Specific Sports Conditioning Programmes are designed to be enjoyable, realistic and achievable, incorporating new and challenging exercise to maximise performance. There will be a mixture of supervised and unsupervised sessions, allowing the client to train with a coach in the studio or surrounding area, or on their own.
