In addition to fitness programming, Chrysalis Fitness also offers stress management advice.  The modern world is complex and dynamic, placing far more stresses on our bodies than those experienced by our forebears.  Understanding stress and having suitable mechanisms to cope with it, will enable an individual to live a healthier and more productive life.

As part of any initial consultation, Chrysalis Fitness will complete a lifestyle analysis allowing a bespoke fitness and health programme to be developed based on the client’s individual objectives, taking into consideration the stressors that effect their life on a daily basis.  Where necessary, coping strategies will be offered to assist a client to maximise their performance and realise their goals.
